Above is the reference photo from Wet Canvas WDE this past week,below is my finished quick ( less than 20 minutes) watercolor of a harbor. It is an ATC size on velllum.  I did a couple of quick washes, then added the pen/ink work.  I wanted to keep it simple and abstract.
